Signature Massage

A relaxing full-body massage that uses a combination of Swedish and Hot Stone techniques to melt your tension away. Specially designed to suit your needs, this massage helps improve circulation and relieve stress. This is perfect for people not used to receiving massages on a regular basis.

Pregnancy Massage

This massage is to help the Mommy-to-be relax in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Designed to help relieve tension in the back and legs and help Mommy-to-be relax and get pampered.

*Please consult your doctor about receiving a massage if you are pregnant and let me know if you are having any complications with your pregnancy.

Sports Massage

Perfect for athletes before or after sporting events or just as regular maintenance during training. This massage is tailored to your needs as an athlete and will either relax the muscles after an event or stimulate them before an event. With specific stretches included, your muscles will definitely thank you for this massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is designed to work on specific problem areas and work on the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the body to relieve those problems. This is not normally recommended for first-time massage recipients.

Deep Blue Sugar Scrub

This item is only available in addition to a massage and is not available on its own.

I use a sugar scrub with doTERRA's Deep Blue essential oil blend to scrub your feet and/or hands. I then wrap the area in hot towels and use the towels to remove the sugar, leaving your skin feeling super soft before massaging the area.

Honey and Oil Face Massage

This item is only available in addition to a massage and is not available on its own.

This massage uses honey, hot towels, and a special essential oil blend to rejuvenate the skin and relieve the sinuses. Honey exfoliates and brightens the skin while the essential oils open the sinuses and relax the mind.
